Terry Collins Reyes is the Founder, President and CEO of the Renaissance Leaders Foundation, Inc. and Creator and Executive Producer of the Foundation’s Renaissance Awards.  The Renaissance Awards is a prestigious event highlighting professional, civic, business  leaders accomplishments and contributions within underrepresented demographics in our community.

Terry is a founding partner within ITS Courier and Logistics Inc. for nearly 20 years. She is the only minority women owner within this industry and has led her organization to achieve national media honors and recognition. Moreover ITS has several offices throughout the country and provides service to some of the largest multinational organizations in the world. 

A recipient of numerous civic business and  media awards, Terry has been widely honored for her contributions to humanity.  With this said, those honors are her impetus in creating the Renaissance Awards to promote representation and equality.

Terry's countless hours of civic service is demonstrated through her membership in various organizations. Terry is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Theta Iota Omega chapter, Suffolk-Nassau counties, New York, The Links Inc., Long Island Chapter, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Long Island Chapter, Central Nassau Club, NANBPWC, Inc., Deborah Chapter #31. Prince Hall Order Eastern star Inc. State of New York, and Aquarius #74.

Terry received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor Business Management from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus.
